Responsibilities
Sales Support:
- Lead Generation: Actively engage in cold calling and employ diverse outreach strategies to tap into new client bases.
- Sales Material Creation: Craft compelling sales presentations, brochures, product data sheets, and an array of marketing collateral.
- Customer Database Management: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, sales trends, and prospective leads, with a keen focus on assisting customers with rebate incentive applications.
Administrative Duties:
- Schedule Optimization: Skillfully manage the VP’s calendar, ensuring efficient organization of meetings and appointments.
- Meeting Management: Take charge of meeting logistics, agenda setting, and overall coordination to guarantee seamless operations.
- Communication Oversight: Handle the VP’s correspondence, managing emails and other communication channels with professionalism.
- Travel Planning: Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries for the VP as required.
Customer Interaction:
- Query Resolution: Be the frontline point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering prompt and knowledgeable responses.
- Order Processing Support: Assist customers with their orders, ensuring precision in processing and tracking.
- Issue Management: Proactively address and resolve customer concerns, upholding the highest standards of service.
- Rebate Application Assistance: Guide customers through rebate application processes for our products and services.
Invoice and Payment Management:
- Invoice Generation: Create accurate, timely invoices for customer billing.
- Packing Slip Preparation: Oversee the creation of detailed packing slips for shipments.
- Payment Tracking: Monitor incoming payments and diligently follow up on outstanding invoices.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Customer Satisfaction: Engage with customers post-sale to ensure complete satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships.
- Feedback Collection: Actively seek out and compile customer feedback to continually refine our service quality.
- Opportunity Identification: Explore avenues for upselling, cross-selling, and securing referrals.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably within the lighting industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both in written and verbal form.
- Proficiency in CRM and various office software.
