Responsibilities


Manufacturing & Operational Oversight:Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure timely production that meets quality standards.

Ensure coordination between the production and sales teams to match manufacturing output with market demand.

Monitor equipment maintenance, scheduling, and replacements for minimal downtime.

Sales & Business Development:Set, monitor, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Identify new sales opportunities and areas for market expansion.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.

Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Strategic Planning & Reporting:Collaborate with top management to set sales and operational goals in line with company objectives.

Provide regular reports on sales metrics, forecasts, and production performance.

Assess and forecast market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Budget Management & Costing:Oversee the development of budgets for operations and sales departments.

Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness in manufacturing and sales processes.

Collaborate with the finance team to set pricing strategies that ensure profitability while remaining competitive.

Team Leadership & Development:Lead, train, and mentor both operations and sales teams.

Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Foster a collaborative environment between operations and sales departments.

Supplier, Vendor & Client Relations:

Oversee inventory management to align with sales forecasts and market demand.

Address client concerns related to product quality, delivery, or other issues.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:Implement and oversee quality controls throughout the manufacturing and sales processes.

Initiate corrective actions for any quality or customer service concerns.
